Kaifeng does not have an airport of its own. The closest airport is the Zhengzhou Airport that is 55km away, but unfortunately there are no public buses available between this airport and Kaifeng. The options to get to Kaifeng are either to take a mini van from directly outside the airport (about RMB100), or to take the transfer bus (RMB10) from the airport to Zhengzhou city - 30km away - getting off at Zhengzhou's Eastern Long Distance Bus Terminal and take a bus to Kaifeng (RMB15, 70km).
