travel to Yunnan to see rice terraces |

When I saw the pictures of Lijiang in the picture Gallery, I decided to visit this part of China too during my trip to China in September 2003. I read, that there are famous rice terraces (like the famous ones in Longji, Guangxi)too in Yunnan. Are they in the region: Lijiang, Dali, Kunming? Or is it too cold in this region for rice? |

Rice terraces in Yunnan are really in the south of Yunnan, not near Lijiang or Kunming. Need to go to Xishuangbanna. |
