You can visit the Yellow Mountain during the winter time. Huangshan is located in the subtropical zone and winter here is not so cold as the northern China. Junuary is the coldest season with a average temperature of 5 degrees centigrade. snow is very common in winter; when snow comes the whole mountain is a world of silver dream.
some tips on touring Huangshan in winter:
1. bring enough warm clothes with you. The temperature differs greatly between daytime and night.
2. have everything arranged beforehand. hotels top on the mountain often heavily booked. |

Spring should be the best time to visit Huangshan, when you will enjoy wild flowers, plants and waterfall during the abundant rainfall, and best of all, the weather is comfortable neither too hot nor unbearably cold. Winter in Huangshan is bit cold and snow are common, yet it is a good time to enjoy the unique snowscenery.
