Road travel Lhasa to Kashgar |

My wife and me are planning to visit China coming July - August .
we will come to beijing then fly to Lhasa and go to Kashagar by road ,from kashagar to URUMQI by train or by road .
Is it possible to visit Lhasa on July by road ? how many km from Lhas to Kashghar ? How is road condition ? or is there a train from Lhasa to Kashagr ?

The best time for traveling Tibet around May to July, and September to October.
From Lhasa to Kashgar is about 3000km, the road condation is ok. Every year we have many groups for tibet . We don't have train from Lhas to Kashgar . If you need detail information please send me mail ilham@muztagh.net
