Trip Shanghai - Beijing - Xian - Shanghai |
|
|
The end of April we want to go to Beijing and Xian. We live in Shaghai, so the trip would be,Shanghai - Beijing - Xian - Shanghai.
We want to fligh two times and take the train one time. To take the train from Beijing to Xian, how expensive would that be, what time is the train leaving in Beijing and how long is the trainride?
Is it to early to buy train and flight tickets now ?
Hope you can help me,
Best regards,

Hi Liesbath:
A:Train runs frequently from Beijing to Xi'an.There are 3 daily T-express train running from Beijing West Railway Station to Xi'an.And there are another 6 trains stop over in Xi'an from Beijing West Railway Station daily. The approxicate trip costs about 13 Hrs. The general price will be arround US$30/60/80 ( figure/maxinum). The best choice for you could be T41, departed from Beijing daily at 18:27PM.The arrival time is 6:50AM next morning.
Yes it is easrly to buy the tickets now.Either train ticket or airline ticket.
The best time to buy airline tickets shall be arround middle March when the next seasonal schedule comes out with China airliners.
The best time to buy train ticket is about 4 days before you depart from the train departure point. In your case you should purchase your ticket in Beijing. |
