I am planning to visit Tibet in August -September ,my question is

1. Can anyone tell me the temperature of that time , is it too cold at night ? what kind of clothes be needed ? this is my first trip to tibet .any high altitude problem ???
2. I had 15 days for China tour I want to spend about 10 around Tibet .
3. If possible give me some detail informations

Because of its high altitude, climate in Tibet is somewhat cold and the difference between temperature in the day and at night is very great.

Its annual rainfall is not much and mostly some in between July and September. In spring, autumn and winter it is a little bit dry. In the river valleys there is not much snow.
Spring(March----May): Cold, dry and windy. A jacket and a woolen sweater are necessary.
Summer(June----August): Cool but hot at noon. Shirts, pants or skirts will be fine.
Autumn(Sep.----Nov.): Cold dry. Jackets and woolen sweater are needed.
Winter(Dec.----Feb.next year): Frigid, very dry. Warm pullover, down coat, jacket, woolen sweater, scarves and gloves are necessary.

Day06: Tsetang - Lhasa .(By bus )Check in hotel in Lhasa
Day07: All day city tour.Visit the famous Potala Palace ,the Jokhang Monastery and the Barkor market .
Day08: Visit the Sera Monastery ,the Drepung Monastery and the Norbulinka Park .
Day09: Lhasa -- Nyingchi . (By bus) Visit the Basongtso Lake ,the Lulang Wood and the Nyingchi Grass . Check in hotel in Bayi Town .
Day10: Nyingchi - Lhasa (By bus) and check in hotel.
Day11: Excursion to Lhasa to Namtso Lake ,(by bus) Visit the North Grassland and the Tibet, Nyainqentanglha Range .
Day12: See you off to another city or fly back to Beijing ,Beijing to home.
