Does anyone have experience of visiting Guangzhou for the Canton Fair?

I want to visit the Canton Fair in April 2006, but I have no experience visiting mainland China.

What tour operators are recommended for professional-level business packages, including e.g. hotels, interpreters, and entertainment?

Any recommendations will be welcome!
