BLCU/AccessMandarin learning and travel in China |
I'm planning to study Mandarin at BLCU for 12 weeks starting late in March, using Access Mandarin to help me through the paperwork and in adjusting to Beijing life. I have never been to China before, though I've been studying Mandarin for several years now. Any students or ex-students of BLCU out there? Anyone who has used AccessMandarin? Need to make up my mind quickly, and anyone offering advice, comments, experience would by much appreciated! |

Beijing is fine, but in general you don't need Access Mandarin if you are applying at a good school--the school has good experience in signing you up. BLCU is a great place and I know expats who studied there before getting jobs in PRC.
If you have been studying, but now been to China, then now's your chance! But the winter is really cold and harsh and the summers are very hot and dry.... extremes in weather man!! |
