Hi,

One of my friends from Japan just moved to China. Since she is there for only several months, I'm thinking that one of those "pay as you go" phone would be the best bet for her.
Any advices on which providers and/or plans are better than the others?
Also, any recommendations on Internet cafes in the area of Beijing?
Any input would be greatly appreciated. Smile
