After hours of searching the web and hundreds of websites visited was not possible to find a chinese website able to offer any/all kind of domestics flight and connections on-line.
I had to ask a favour to a Shanghai friend, she bought them behalf me.
As China is not at AMADEUS network only few airlines offer tickets by internet. And in many cases they only offer aberrant options as Whenzhou-Nanjing with stopover in Beijing.

Does anyone knows a wabsite where getting access to all domestic flights and on-line booking.

You can find some information in these websides, www.elong.com www.yoee.com www.ctrip.com I think u also could search the websites of Airline Company. Such as Southern Airlines, Eastern Airlines, China Airlines, Shanghai Airlines, etc. They offer on-line booking service on their websites.
