I am coming around 20 of january so how will the prices be than for a standard room for two adults ?

You'll still be able to get hotel rooms for your budget, but you'll have to book early and the locations won't be very convenient. At the very least, you won't be located near to metro stations. Expect rooms to be around 2/3-star standard.
