I stayed at the Westin Hotel last year. It is primarily designed for business travellers. The rooms have subdued lighting to aid sleep and there is an office-style desk in each room. It's not really touristy. There is a very small indoor pool , steam room and sauna. The buffet breakfast is excellent, with Chinese, Japanese and European dishes.
The location of the hotel is just about perfect for sightseeing. The Bund is only a few minutes' walk away.
