Hello,
Hi China travellers I'm wondering if train tickets (with hard sleeper reservation) booked in advance can be refunded or exchanged for another reservation. If not possible with the train station, can it be done through a travel agent who could then resell it ?
Does anyone have experience in this matters ?

if you pay the money you can refund before the train leave . but you will pay 20 RMb for each 100 RMB.that means you can regain 80% of your pay.
In china it is allowed to refund in two hours after the train leave. when i try this they refused me.
