How much does it cost if i rent a car in Shanghai for 5 hours?
or does they account for dayly rate?

Rental car companies usually charge rental rates per day of the week. The rate may include unlimited mileage. Or, you may be charged per mile for each mile over a certain limit. Many companies offer lower rates for weekend or week-long rentals.
If u really need to hire for five hours, tell to the rental caar office and ask them if they cna or not.
I hope you can rent a car.
