Hi,
I'm leaving on a village on Dec 1 and will be camping a lot. I want to bring a knife to use for cooking and other miscellaneous things around the campsite, but I'm concerned about travelling (especially on planes) with it. Does anyone know the legal size limit for the knife, and should I be wary about having one at all in certain countries?
I am also going to buy knife from Kashgar as a souvenir of my china tour.

To camp I think it is better to buy arround the camping site that for 1 US$ .when you uset it give itto the fellow travellers or people arrond camping site.
To take as a gift i think you cann't take with you if the nife is longger than30 centimeter. but you can consign it for shipment.
