I'm looking for very nice housing, western style 2000 sqf, maybe a house if possible and something quite new. Having lived China before I know finding good housing can be hard.
I have a budget of about 16,000-24,000 RMB. |

For your budget, you can stay anywhere in Kunming. housing are usually about 2000-5000 Rmb for those really nice ones, some with pools. For the local people housing, it's only 200-500 Rmb. If 16,000-24,000 is your monthly budget, adding it up for a year, and if you plan to stay for at least 3 years, you could easily afford to buy an apartment. Kunming housing is in conclusion, rather cheap and affordable. |
