I will go to Lahsa at the end of October, is it too cold? When is the best time to tour Lahsa?

it can’t be much colder than the north cities of China!
July or August is one of the best month for traveling in Lahsa. The grassland is deep green and the climate is so good. You also can see the white snow mountain scenery that is very superb! |
