I plan to tour Jiuzhai Valley on early November, so could you tell me when the pass to Jiuzhai Valley begins to be sealed in winter?

It is usually not sealed in Jiuzhai Valley ,you can go there, while after November, because of the snow, you cannot tour Huanglong.
