1.Is it suitable to go to Ali area in November? Does it probably seal the mountain pass? When is the best time to go there? 2, What are the procedures to go to Nepal ? what’s the common language there? Thank you! |

The road condition is not so good if you go to Ali area in November. October and May is the best time for the road is not so rough.
you should transact a visa in Lahsa and take it in two days. You speak English is all right. |
