We will arrive at Kunming airport at 11o'clock in the evening of September 28th. I wonder if I can get to Dali or Lijiang the same day? Beside, in this season, what's the lowest temperature on the line, Lijiang-Meili-Yubeng?

It is impossible to get to Dali or Lijiang that day, for it is too late. The lowest temperature is just up 10 celsius degree.
