How long does it take from Kashgar to Karakurum Lake and back if we rent a vechile?Don't forget that we tour to Karakurum lake!Will there be enough time to catch the train marching for Urumuqi to Kuche in the afternoon?

This section is in construction. The train starting for Urumuqi is about 2-3 o'clock. It'll be too hurried for sure.
It'll be 8 hours for you back and from.
Get to the point, It'll not be enough time for you to catch the train right on the day (start at 2:49 from Kashgar).However, there will be a slow train on the next day at 9:30. You'll be satisfied if it spends 10 hours to make a round trip.The scenery on the way is worth spending time to apperate.If you are keen on it, you'll need more time.
If you handle the passport in the afternoon right after you arrive,you can start out directly and stay overnight in Kalakuli Lake.On the next day,you catch the train back. So take a satisfied trip on this route. Contact ilham@muztagh.net who will offer you good service on tour.
