my friend and I ,we both plan to set out at mid-september from
Shanghai to Zhangye to travel by ourselves ,please offer me the route and
the train time table, and some visit routes!

Will you only go to Zhangye? Zhangyeh is only a small town in Gansu Corridor , generally people all consider Zhangye as a station in the Silk Road . going to Zhangye from Shanghai,you may take the train T52,Shanghai - Urumqi, which starts at 20: 38 in Shanghai ,arrive in Zhangye at 4: 16p.m.on the third day.
D1: visit the Buddhist temple in the morning, the Zhangyeh wooden tower,
after 3 :00 p.m, go to the Zhangye Bus
western station by bus to the Mati temple in Sunan, live in the
Mati temple
D2: travel in the Mati temple scenery Area. The rock cave in Mati
temple is actually ordinary, but the scenery of Mt.Qilian
is so beautiful. You may take a motor and go to the top /middle/footGuanying
hole, and appreciate the snowy mountain, the prairie, the forest,
which is really a paradise, live in the Mati temple
D3: About 7: 00 in the early morning , go toZhangye by bus
