how much does Carnival will cost when traveling in Xi'an

I heard that the Carnival will come to Xian at the end of Sep,last to the middle of Nov. in Qu Jiang Ocean World ,and It's an exciting news to all the people to merrymaking and feasting during the show.
is it true? how much does it cost?
any hints will be appriciated

yeah it is true, it was campained in beijing last year ,and to be campained in xi'an this year ,when I took part in it lsat time ,I payed 300RMb,it is a little expensive ,but it maybe not so high this year.
