Are there ATMs where you can get cash with a Maestro/Cirrus card? If
yes, are they everywhere or just in a few large towns ? |

Bank of China is one of the few banks with ATM's
accepting foreign bank cards. Fortunately BoC is the largest bank in
China so you'd likely find a branch even in a small city. You'll also
find HSBC affliates in larger cities that take your ATM card. Other
Chinese banks like China Construction Bank, or China Agriculture Bank,
and a few more won't. |
