Could you tell me whether I can take the contact lenses while floating and sneaking, whether water will enter my eyes and make my eyes be inflammation?

All right,when I was on this tour , I wore the contact lenses while floating and sneaking,.
So long as you make sure the dive mirror stick to face closely before entering the water. , and not take off the dive mirror in water
