I want go to HK from Kunming. How can I go to HK by bus or train. Which one is better and cheapest. Please give me detail information as because this my first visit in china.

It is better to take bus than train though it is a little epxpensive,because buying train ticket is rather difficult in these dayes ,students are comuting ,so if your are a tourist you'd better take bus : if your will be here during the semester of students reading , it is better too take train.
