I am going to china at the end of August and travel to xinjiang I heard that intact barbecue in xinjiang is very famous and delicious is it right/
can I taste it when I get urumqi/
any othere good tastes?

you heard completely right ,and you can taste it all the year arround ,
the lamb stick roast is also very flavourous/sapid. I hope you tase it
have a good tour
