Hi, help!
Everywhere i can find seems to say the train for Beijing leaves Ulan Baatar on Thursdays, BUT when i try to see the times on the http://bahn.hafas.de site (which so far has always seemed to be correct) it says trains only leave on Sundays for Beijing?
Can someone confirm if this is correct or not?

Train #24 leaves UB for Beijing on Thursdays all year roound. In the summer it also leaves on Fridays.
Train #4 beginning in Moscow leaves UB for Beijing on Sundays. It is less likely that there will be berths on this train.
One more thing, the reason the DieBahn site does not show the Thursday train is that it does not begin in Europe. The Sunday train starts in Moscow and thus is listed on DieBahn which covers trains in Europe only. |
