I am HIV+, I understand anyone with HIV will not be permitted access to China. but has anyone ever gone there and not declared their HIV status and gotten in anyway?

I think it is impossible because you will be checked when you go to manage visa . Quit from traveling to China, and cure in hosptel lest you infect others
