I think you should stay in Mongkok. I have been there before. And, I
stayed there for a few days.
I am living in Dragon INN where is at the centre of Mongkok. It just
takes me 3 minutes to go to MTR on foot. And, there are shopping
centres nearby. I think it is a good choice for you.
