Approximately on 1st,september or on 2nd, I will arrive at Urumqi, and intend to rent a car to travel to northern Xinjiang, however, I find that all people's routes is Urumqi - Burchun - Kanasi , along 217 federal highways. Although I heard it was difficult to go along 216 federal highways, firstly I want to go to Aletai, secondly I do not want to walk the road back, I wonder why everybody (including dirve by oneself ) doesn't go along 216 federal highways,does the roads on construction or is the scenery not worth visiting?
If I would like to go in this way: Urumqi - Aletai -Kanasi - Burchun - Wuhemu- Sailimu Lake - Yining......I may rent a car, where can I find the driver or the motorcade ?

216 federal highways has been building roads. The scenery is also good, and you may see the edge of desert and the Kalamaili nature protection area.
it is easy to find a car in Urumqi and Burchun .
