What is it like in Tibet from mid-Oct to mid-Nov ?
Is it possible to do the jeep trip from Lhasa to Katmandu then ?
How about visiting Namtso Lake, Samye Monastery and the other main sights ?

Average maximum temps in Lhasa for October: 16oC, min = 1oC
Average maximum temps in Lhasa for November: 11oC, min = -5oC
