Now we're in Beijing, night train to Xian, and then we're thinking about going by train to Chengdu and from Chengdu to Lasha, stay 4 days and flight to Zhongdian.
Is it posible? Where should we arrange the flights? Aproximate prices?

It's possible. The flight from Chengdu to Lhasa costs around 1900rmb including permit and transfer to the airport. There's a flight a couple of times between Lhasa and Zhongdian, but I don't know the weekdays they fly. They might have started a daily flight. You can probably make arrangements for that already in Chengdu when you get the Tibet package.
You should however consider that itinary. It's bloody expensive for 4 days in Lhasa, where you anyway will need to take it a bit easy due to the altitude. If possible take a couple of extra days or consider doing Tibet at a time where you can stay for a bit longer. People react differently to the altitude and it ranges from being a bit short of breath while climbing the stairs so being in bed with nausea and a splitting headache.

* Flight ticket + TTP from Chengdu
* Lhasa urban hotel for 4 days
* Flight ticket and transfer to Lhasa Gonggar airport, done.
