Hi
Could anyone recommend a cheap but clean hostel/guesthouse for a weekend stay in Hong Kong. Don't mind if it's not in the very heart of things but equally wouldn't like to be miles from anywhere.

Maybe get a holiday flat on Lantau or Cheung Chau. It's a 30 minute ferry ride form the centre, but more peaceful, near a beach and overall a better environment. Just catch a ferry from central and when you arrive at the destination peir you will see lots of stalls advertising holiday flats with pictures.
The one slight problem is that prices generally go up a lot at weekends. |
