Everest Base Camp tour |

Can anyone please tell me a bit about the Everest Base camp trek. It sounds like something I would love to do but I suppose I am more of a city girl and not particularly fit. Would a trek like this be suitable for a city slicker like me?
What would the conditions be like in October? Would i need any special equipment?
Also, how much would it cost, and how long would it be for roughly?

It is litle cold in October you should carry some extra clothes,
it doesn't cost much money so u don't worry |
