I'll be in Beijing at the Holidy Inn Lido next week. Does anyone have any recent experiences there? I saw a couple of reports, the latest in May 05.Thanks in advance.

Not a recent report, but there used to be a pretty good market across the street selling clothes, paintings, etc. Much of the same stuff you can get in the other shopping areas people talk about, but in a somewhat less crowded and lower stress environment
