Hi,
I'm thinking of visiting Hangzhou in mid-January. Can't travel at any other time. Does anyone know how cold it will be? Will the West Lake be frozen over?

yeah it is rather cold and you canno't see the travels except you if they don't come to ski. The west lake should be frozen in that time and don't forget to take more clothes |
