I am planning to tour in Urumqi, doing a northern loop up to kanas lake and from kanas lake to Buerjin, then to say ram lake & the grassland then down to kashgar and karakul lake and back to Urumqi and few days tour out of Urumqi to any other sights.
Following I have some questions :
How do I do it with public bus? As for kanas lake, I may opt to take a short tour from Urumqi if it's too much of hassle to do it on our own.
how to go about say ram lake and the grasslands?
how to get to kashgar from say ram lake?

I can tell you some information’s about Xinjiang Please .
From Say ram Lake you took the bus to Bole, changed to train to get to Urumqi. I think it might be easier if you take the bus back to Yili and go by bus to Urumqi though. From Urumqi you could get to Kashgar by train, or flight, have a good trip |
