Anybody know how much is the storm in the south affecting Kunming? I was planning to go there next month but I've seen the weather reports and I'm not sure to go anymore.

I have returned to Kunming from Guilin . since tomorrow and have not encounter any storm, some rain in the late the day after tomorrow that is all
