I Weel be moving to urumqi to live and work, and I'm worry about the language and How is the weather like in these place ?what i can do by myself. There is any nice place to go in urumqi? |

My wife and Iwill be traveling in Urumqi but we dont whear Thear are a great hotel ? for whole of questions would appreaciate if all experinced travelles could advise me on the above mentioned area |

Hello ,We will probably spend about 3 weeks along the silk route with
time before in Beijing and time after in Shanghai. We like to see all the
spoken about attractions , but we also enjoy getting a bit off track
with a local which is even better so if could could advise us anything
that would be great. Thanks |

I am going to visit Urumqi, Kashgar and Kanas Lake.
Is Kanas Lake closed in december ?
How is the weather like in these places?

It is too cold in december and kanas lake will be closed.
give up this plan and try other destinations. |

my chinese friend here in urumqi tell me that the lake called "kanas
' will be very nice in summer , the water will be iced in december , finaly
the place has a really good sights . |
