We are going to have a for 3-4 days tour on the way home from Central Asia and were trying to decide between Shanghai and Hong Kong.
It would be middle of November 15 -18 .
What is the weather ? Is the pollution worse in one or the other that time of the year?
Also which is the better for shopping? I am glad Any help is appreciated. |

I would like to visit Beijing or Shanghai and Xi'an in the summer . I have always been an independent travel but wonder if this is a good idea in China .
Shanghai is also good to visit , it is also the good city for shopping |
