Xiamen and Shantou |

End of the month will arrive in Xiamen for 2 days. Then proceed south to Shantou in Guangdong Prov for another three days. What can we see or visit on the way to Shantou and how long is the trip? What is the distance like by car? We are a family and what are the places of interests for these two cities? |

If you have enough time to make a detour, see the Hakka roundhouses along the way.
Shenzhen -- Shantou 336 km by road, 572 km by rail.
Xiamen -- Shantou 267 km by road. |
