My boyfriend and I are going to the Olympics for 10 days, we have the flights, Hotels & event tickets paid for.
We have been saving and have €2500 between us for the 10 days.
Is that enough???
Also what is the average price of food, drinks, etc in Beijing?? |

Prices are bound to go up for the Olympics. But I would think you could get a reasonable meal for 50 RMB (1 euro = 10RMB +/-) A can of Cola in a shop is probably 4rmb. Water is cheaper! |

Since you'll only be using that money to pay for food, sightseeing and shopping, I really don't see why that amount would not be enough! |

750RMB,i think that is enough for the local people to lead a poor life,but for the tourists in beijing ,i think you will spend much more ,cause the foreign friends come to beijing to enjoy the best food to eat ,best view to see,best culture to feel,moreover,as you know ,the olympic sports have already made everything much more expensive than before
as the old saying ,not only rich man could enjoy the life,but the poor also ,for example ,for the peking roast duck ,if your budget is tight ,you could find a common restaurant ,not only the famous qujude could make it ,the duck roasted by the other places is cheap and also delicious,whatever,choose the way suitable for youself
