HELLO!
we are going to visit Beijing after Olympic Games. there is no one have not been to this city among us ,and here comes some question about this trip, we need help
a)is the weather good for the trip
b) to travel to Xi'an by train is a feasible option ?
c)where we can find budget hotels in both cities

I went to Beijing on september last year and i think the wheather is good for tranelling .There are lots of fantastic places worth to see ,such as Temple of Heaven, Summer Palace, Forbidden City etc...
if you are crazy about chinese culture ,personall, i think Beijing Opera show. Laoshe Tea house are the nice places to visit
I am so sorry that I haven't any information offer you about budget hotel
Xi'an doesn't have to be a flight away. It's perfectly doable by overnight train there and back.
