I was thinking about how large of a suitcase can I bring with me? I'm going on the essential China trip, but then I'm also travelling around Australia afterwards for another month. |

Just got back from China tour I'd strongly
recommend against a conventional suitcase. Members of my group who had to carry their bags
(except backpacks) regretted not having wheels a few times during the trip .So there is enough self baggage handling that I was
very happy to have wheels on my 29" case. |

It shouldn't matter if your going for several weeks
or 2 months. And the larger your bag the less enjoyable your trip will be. I still wish I brought less clothing with me when we went to Uzbekstan. |
