Any concerns with the high altitude in Tashkurgan ?

We are going to visit Kashgar and Tashkurgan , we want ot visit the highest border - the Sino - Pak .

Do we need to prepare Oxygen ? Wher can we buy Oxygen Bags

Any recommendations to prepare for it?
