Ice and Snow Festival in Harbin |

I will be in Barbin next month , I want to visit Beijing, Shanghai ,Suzhou and Hangzhou . My friend suggest me to visit Harbin , it said there is Snow Festival in Harbin every year .
I need some information about Ice and Snow Festival in Harbin .
Anyone know about it ? how is temperature in Feb.? |

24th Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival in Harbin, capital of northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, Jan. 5, 2008.
The gala, opened on Saturday, will last over two months.

Hi , I will visit Harbin this year . One of my friends visited Harbin two years ago , she said that it was excellent to visit Harbin in winter . i saw her photoes , it is great .
You can enjoy from ice-skating, sledding .
