What to do at nights? |
|
|
Hi,
I am headed to HK for work, and would be staying at Harbour Plaza Hotel.
I will be there from the 9th -13th. I would be working the weekend as well.
But I think I should have time to go out after work.
What can I do after 6pm in HK? Are there nice places to hang out? Thanks |

Hi
Hong Kong rocks till quite late. And since you are quite close to the hub of things, TST or for that matter if you just hop on to MTR and go to HK island you will again have AMPLE choices.
1) Since you are in Hunghom, try to visit "Whampoa", http://www.whampoaworld.com/.
2) ofcourse malls are there and open till 10 pm
Special mention, Harbour City could satisfy your needs. It's HUGE.
3) Walk on Harbour area / Avenue of stars after 7 / 7:30 pm is a must. Don't forget Symphony of lights or the Harbour Cruise which is at 7:05 pm.
4) Take a walk on Nathan road.
5) If you go to HK island "go by ferry" and take the tram till " causewaybay in the eve, you won't regret the ride. ( the tram was ultra crowded )
If you are a pub person I am sure you will get better answers then me.....
( but believe me, there are better things to do then pubbing there )
Need any other info would be glad to provide. |
