Hi I will arrive in Chengdu on the 22nd of March, and I am wanting to fly to Lhasa. I was wondering if someone could advise us on how I can get the permit required to get to Lhasa and a return airfare.
I arrive in the afternoon and would like to fly to Lhasa the folowing morning, will this be possible?
