open a domestic bank account |
|
|
I am currently living in Xi’an, and need to open a domestic bank account for simple deposits and withdrawals in RMB.
Can anyone reccommend a good bank? I am leaning towards the Bank of China seeing as they have a branch close to where I live, but any will do. I travel quite a bit in China, so one that doesn't charge of out-of-province withdrawals would be good.
Anyone had any particularly good or bad experinces with any bank?
Thanks a lot |

Each banks in china has its own convenience. Such as:
No fees wherever you are: Shanghai Pudong Development Bank
Most likely to find a branch wherever you are: Agricultural Bank of China & Bank of China
Most likely to exchange currency wherever you are: Bank of China
Western Union money transfers: Agricultural Bank of China |
